Mohd. Asad Ullah Khan, Technical Adviser to VOICE since 2005, is an M.Tech in Chemical Technology from H.B.T.U Kanpur. He was all India Chief of Certification Activities of the Bureau of Indian Standards and during his long stint of 37 years in BIS, he headed various departments including Director Vigilance. He was mainly responsible for the formulation of around 400 National Standards (IS) on various petroleum products like gasoline (petrol), LPG, diesel fuel, and lubricants such as IC engine oil and gear oil, etc. He also worked for about 5 years as a member consumer court at Karkadooma Delhi, authorizing BSES Yamuna Power Limited (popularly known as Bijali Adalat).

Representing Consumer Voice in more than thirty Technical Committees of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) dealing with Petroleum Department PCD, Chemical Department CHD, Food & Agriculture FAD, Textiles TXD, Mechanical Engineering MED, Sports Goods and Management Systems MSD( ISO 9000 series of Standards ). Also working as Technical Advisor Quality Assurance for no of Companies In NCR, NOIDA, and UTTARA KHAND.
